A customer came to us with a design for flexi dental burrs that required a max tolerance of 10 microns on the thinnest dimension.
L&R Precision Engineering worked with different materials to achieve the required functionality of the part and to meet the tight tolerances.
We then designed a machining and grinding process that meets all the requirements for volume whilst maintaining tight tolerances at an affordable price.
