We were approached to see if we could copy an original rifle scope mount for the Enfield L42 sniper rifle that’s no longer in production.
We took on the project and using our 3D CAD/CAM expertise and we were able to model an exact copy of the original!
Our copy however is tougher than the original due to being made from much harder material, it is made to more exacting standards, and has been described as “frankly superb”. The programme was even designed to add tooling marks in the same pattern as found on the original.
